We’re Proactive
We don’t wait until something breaks. We keep a close eye on the health of hardware and software and act as soon as problems begin to develop. This way, issues that may otherwise result in downtime are addressed in a calm and orderly fashion, well before business operations are impacted. Many times our clients don’t even notice there was an issue because we fixed it before it affected them!

We’re Fair and Transparent
If a project is halfway complete, or systems have gone down, clients find themselves having to accept any price and terms given to them, and the IT industry is notorious for exploiting vulnerable clients. Accel IT says NO to this. Our pricing is fixed. We do not charge extra fees just because we can. Once we’ve quoted, that’s the price. We won’t come back later with “unforeseen charges”.
