About the role:

Currently we are seeking an IT Support Professional to join our team at Accel IT. This position is a permanent, full-time position which is based in Dingley Village, Melbourne.
You will be providing front line IT support to professional customers in a range of different industries.  

Outline of duties and responsibilities:

The following experience will be highly regarded:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications
  • Familiarity with Window Server management
  • Device hardware and software troubleshooting experience
  • Experience in hardware and software deployment
  • Experience with Active Directory & AzureAD user accounts and groups management
  • Intermediate network management skills

    You will be able to use these skills in a remote support environment as well as on-site when necessary.
